After gathering all the needed documents we will evaluate the existing claim and write a supplement according to the information we have been provided with, using the Xactimate software. All supplements will be customized with your logo and contact info.

In addition to supplementing, we can provide a billing and invoicing service for each individual claim. 

To speed up insurance claim payments, we will write a professional invoice including a certificate of completion (COC) and  Before and after pictures, if provided.

There will be a fixed per invoice fee.

As contractors it is important to us that we know in advance how profitable a job will be. 

Pre Capping your job will give you a very good idea what your minimum estimate needs to be to stay within your desired profitability range. 

This will ensure your average profit won't go below your set goals.
